1. Agreement to Participate
By creating a Tax Professional account (“Tax Pro”), you agree to participate in the HelpMeDoTaxes.com marketplace under these terms.
2. Eligibility
To register, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold valid credentials (CPA, EA, Attorney, or qualified preparer)
- Operate lawfully within your jurisdiction
3. Credential Accuracy
You agree that all submitted credentials:
- Are truthful
- Are current and valid
- Are not misrepresented
Submission of false credentials may result in permanent removal.
4. License Verification
Charivia, LLC may:
- Manually verify credentials
- Review licensing databases
- Request documentation
Verification status does not constitute endorsement.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining login security
- Protecting lead data
- Using marketplace data ethically
6. Marketplace Participation
Registration allows you to:
- View available leads
- Purchase exclusive leads
- Manage leads in your dashboard
Lead availability is not guaranteed.
7. Fees & Payments
Access to leads requires payment per lead or via future bulk packages.
All payments are processed via third-party processors.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Credential misrepresentation
- Lead misuse
- Harassment
- Terms violations
9. Independent Contractor Status
Tax Pros operate as independent service providers.
No employment or partnership relationship is created.
