Tax Professional Lead Purchase Agreement

This Agreement governs the purchase and use of leads from HelpMeDoTaxes.com, operated by Charivia, LLC.
1. Lead Marketplace Participation
By purchasing leads, you agree to participate in the Platform marketplace under these terms.
2. Exclusive Lead Ownership
All leads are sold on an exclusive basis.
Upon purchase:
- The lead is permanently assigned to you.
- Leads are not resold.
- Ownership does not expire.
3. Permitted Use
Leads may be used solely for:
- Contacting the Reader
- Providing tax services
- Internal firm servicing
Leads may not be:
- Resold
- Shared externally
- Transferred to other firms
4. Lead Delivery
Purchased leads appear in your marketplace dashboard under “My Leads,” where full submission details are accessible.
5. Pricing & Payment
Leads are priced dynamically based on submission factors.
Payments are processed via Stripe.
Bulk purchasing packages may be offered in the future.
6. Refund Policy
All lead purchases are final.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Credits or replacements may be issued solely at Company discretion.
Conversion outcomes do not determine refund eligibility.
7. Lead Authenticity
Leads are validated through email verification.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Responsiveness
- Hiring outcomes
- Revenue generation
8. Professional Conduct
You agree to:
- Represent credentials truthfully
- Maintain valid licensure
- Comply with applicable laws
Misconduct may result in suspension or removal.
9. Contact Expectations
Tax Professionals are encouraged to initiate outreach within 72 hours of purchase to ensure optimal Reader engagement.
10. Account Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Remove marketplace access
- Terminate participation
11. Limitation of Liability
Charivia, LLC is not liable for:
- Lead quality disputes
- Conversion outcomes
- Business losses
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
